Employer Scaling Programs (ESPs) are a new innovation that allows organizations to increase productivity—OUTPUT—while ALSO increasing employee satisfaction and retention, and doing so at exactly their desired budget. ESPs do this by providing employees with on-demand access to human virtual assistants (VAs) and virtual consultants (VCs) supported by AI, to help them get their job done better and faster, with less frustration and higher satisfaction. You select the exact budget your organization is able to allocate to the program each month or year, and spending will never exceed that level.

Virtual Consultants
The Core ESP provides VAs to assist with administrative tasks. VCs are an available add on in order to provide seasoned management and leadership insight and advice. It is usually provided separately to team leaders and other management staff. It is a separate add-on due to the different costs of staffing administrative vs. management experts. 

Employer Customization
For the ultimate level of organizational fit, we can train dedicated staff from our team on the specifics of your organization, products, market and key initiatives. This allows our team to become a truly seamless extension of your in-house team.

Instant Queue
Normal response time and meeting availability SLAs for VAs and VCs is next day, but same day access is available through this additional optional package.

LOB/Task Specialists
This option provides LOB-specialists. Examples include accounts receivable clerks (finance), writers (marketing), CRM administration (sales), and Microsoft Office User help (all employees). This package provides an additional shared pool of talent that can be accessed at any time.

Personal Life Extension
ESPs were initially designed to provide employees with support at work. However, the Personal Life Extension package allows an employer to open up VA access to employees when they are outside of work, for non-work tasks. This adds a cost to the employer, without a direct tie to work productivity, so it is an option that can make most sense to organizations looking to satisfy and retain very specialized, hard to find and hard to retain talent. In these situations, the Personal Life Extension can be the ultimate employee retention tool.

Our ESP provides you with regular quarterly reporting backed by real utilization data, so the impact on your organization’s productivity can be effectively measured. The program is also structured to ensure that costs never exceed your established budget.

Measured Results
Your employees and managers will always be provided with a quarterly feedback survey to measure use, productivity improvements and barriers. Aggregated data is shared with management in an easy to consume and actionable report that has been tested in the field.

Financial Certainty
Even if your employees adopt the ESP like a wildfire, you don’t have to worry about costs getting out of control or even exceeding your pre-set budget. That’s because our ESP builds in notifications to staff and management when utilization approaches budgeted levels for the plan. When the budgeted cap has been hit, the plan will be paused to ensure no financial surprises.
